About

Ed DeLiseIt’s way too easy, and way too common for very smart people to graduate from college and then flounder as they try to figure out how to put the huge investment they just made in their education to use.  Sometimes they don’t just flounder for a little while until they land a job, but many times they continue to flounder througout the rest of their careers.  I know plenty of people in their 30’s, 40’s, and 50’s who are sticking with their jobs not because they love them, but because they have to.  They spend way too much time at work to not love what they do.

After spending 13 years on the national stage selling software and consulting solutions to major corporations, I decided to take the same concepts that companies use to help manage their businesses and help people manage their careers in a way that they’ve never done before.  Having spent over 10 years volunteering part time speaking to high school seniors and college freshmen and sophomores about success skills, I found that this was the most rewarding and fulfilling work that I’ve done, and I decided to make a career out of it – helping others wake up in the morning excited to get out of bed and do what they love.

Leveraging the latest technologies to give our clients the most visibility into their opportunities is what we’re about, and we’re extremely passionate about it.  You’ll hear it in our presentations, you’ll see it in our products, and you’ll read about it as we provide continuous updates as we learn more.
